Our programs are designed to provide practical, life-changing support across every stage of the recovery journey. Whether you're seeking help for yourself, your family, or your organization, our programs offer structured, compassionate interventions that combine clinical expertise with community engagement. From inpatient rehabilitation to school outreach, each program is rooted in our mission to prevent substance use, intervene effectively, and support long-term recovery. We work hand-in-hand with individuals and communities to build resilience, restore hope, and promote lasting mental well-being.
Our inpatient program at FORE Tranquil Homes offers a safe, supportive, and professionally managed environment for individuals experiencing severe mental health conditions or substance use disorders. Residents receive round-the-clock care including medical detox, psychiatric support, individualized therapy, group sessions, physical fitness, nutritional therapy, and spiritual care. The program also includes 12-step facilitation and aftercare planning to help individuals maintain sobriety and emotional balance post-treatment.
FORE’s outpatient services are ideal for clients who require mental health support but prefer to continue living at home and fulfilling daily responsibilities. We offer one-on-one counseling, group therapy, family therapy, medication management, and psychological assessments. These services are tailored to address anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship issues, and more—providing flexibility, confidentiality, and professional guidance.
Recognizing the barriers of distance, mobility, and busy schedules, our Telehealth Program allows clients to access mental health services remotely. Through secure video sessions, phone consultations, and email correspondence, individuals can receive therapy and follow-up support from licensed professionals. Telehealth ensures that quality care is always within reach—no matter where you are.
Our EAP is designed to support mental well-being in the workplace. We provide confidential counseling, crisis support, and wellness training to help employees cope with stress, burnout, personal challenges, and workplace conflicts. Organizations benefit through improved staff morale, retention, and productivity, while employees gain access to the tools they need to perform and thrive both personally and professionally.
We believe prevention is just as critical as treatment. FORE conducts educational outreach in schools, churches, workplaces, and communities to raise awareness about mental health, reduce stigma, and promote healthy behaviors. Through workshops, public talks, recovery walks, and printed resources, we empower communities to understand, support, and advocate for mental wellness.
This program offers a hands-on approach to healing through creative expression. Clients engage in therapeutic art, music, drama, and role-playing to process emotions, explore trauma, and develop healthier coping strategies. Experiential therapy is especially effective for those who find it difficult to express feelings through traditional talk therapy, offering a powerful alternative path to self-discovery and growth.
Our school-based program supports the emotional and psychological development of children and adolescents. We provide individual and group counseling, classroom workshops, teacher training, and parental support to address common issues like bullying, anxiety, behavioral problems, trauma, and academic pressure. By creating mentally healthy school environments, we foster resilience and early intervention in young lives.
